Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at age 16 when she stopped gymnastics. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at age 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her university education. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. In October of 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. Summer of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place at the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than happy of the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her body each year. Ariel is known to be focused specifically on the back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel will also make the most of her time. She does this by super making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 repetitions. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week one day being light weight day as well as the second days heavy weight.
